What does the name Hezekiah mean?

Hezekiah is the English form of Hebrew Chizqiyyahu, the name of a king of Judah whose reign is told in 2 Kings 18 to 20. DMNES explains it as "Yah is my strength." It joins the root ch-z-q, to be strong, with Yah, a short form of the divine name. The same root appears in Ezekiel ("God strengthens"). The Wycliffite Bible of the 1390s spelled it Ezechie, and DMNES also notes a 9th-century Khazar ruler of the name.
